COMPREHENSIVE TECHNICAL DOCS
Mint Architecture can cover everything for the Building Regulation approvals process, before your project can go ahead on site. The application to the local authority covers the functional requirements of buildings to safeguard the health and safety of the people using them, energy conservation and all access issues in accordance with relevant British Standards.
The Construction package of information includes further design detail, technical information and the Project Specification, necessary for the contractor.
