Unlock Your Home's Potential
FEASIBILITY PACKAGE - £1200
A focused 3 day feasibility package for homeowners at the very beginning of a project.

A focussed, collaborative study
Unlock Your Home’s Potential is designed to explore a specific area or opportunity in your home, such as a ground-floor remodel or extension, before committing to a larger design process.
The work centres on establishing a clearly defined brief and provides practical, realistic guidance on what could be achieved.

All feasibility work is led personally by me, Mint Findlay. Following our initial discovery call, I prepare in advance for a 2 to 3 hour site visit, including reviewing planning context and available information.
During the visit we discuss your ambitions, appraise your home and explore early ideas together.

This is followed by 2.5 days of dedicated architect time to develop layout options, consider planning implications, prepare visual material and assemble your feasibility package. The aim is simple: clarity on how to move your project forward, without over-committing time or budget too early.

What the package includes
At the end of the process, you will receive a comprehensive feasibility package, which typically includes:
-
An appraisal of your home and the chosen area of focus
-
Determination of your Brief & Scope, including Phasing & Budget
-
Two layout options exploring different approaches
-
Supporting precedent imagery to assist visualisation
-
Guidance on next steps
Your package is accompanied by a recorded walkthrough presentation, providing further explanation and allowing you to revisit the proposals in your own time.

For larger or more complex projects, such as whole-house remodelling, new sites or development opportunities, a more extensive feasibility study can be agreed and priced on a case-by-case basis.

What this stage delivers
By the end of this stage, you will have a clear understanding of what is realistically achievable, tested layout ideas to respond to and refine, early insight into planning considerations, and a practical basis for deciding how, or whether, to proceed.
What Happens next?
Some clients use this package as a standalone, simply to inform future decisions or a property purchase. Others choose to progress into our Concept to Planning service to develop a full architectural design and prepare for planning approval.
Either way, you leave this stage with clarity, direction and a strong foundation for the next step.
